Study On The Countryside Culture Construction In The Process Of Building The Well-to-do Society In An All-round Way

As a large agricultural country, the countryside culture construction in China is not only a big issue crucial to the nation's long-time stability, but also a significant standard that China has entered the well-off and modern society. In consequence, the study of and concern over the countryside culture construction in the process of building the well-to-do society in an all-round way is one of the most important issues for the present times.The target to build a well-to-do society in an all-round way, which has been proposed in the report of the Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC, is a realistic and ambitious goal that the whole Chinese Communist Party and people of all ethnic groups are striving for in the first twenty years of this century. It concludes economy construction, politics construction, culture construction and sustainable development. The countryside culture construction is the mental impetus, intellectual supporting and political safeguarding for the whole rural area, and it plays an important role not only in advancing the countryside but also in building a well-to-do society throughout the whole country. Yet, judging from current conditions, we can find that the countryside culture construction is the most unsubstantial aspect in building the well-to-do society in an all-round way. This article is mainly on the following five parts:The first part is in relation to the introduction of the countryside culture construction. On the basis of defining culture and countryside culture, the author summarizes the principal connotations, factors, features and functions of the countryside culture.The second part is concerned with the current situation of the countryside culture construction. The author strives to combine theories with realities analyzes the present situation of the countryside culture construction, which includes the main achievements and problems that exist in present stage.The third part is about the opportunities of the countryside culture construction. From the points of view of both macroscopic and microcosmic, the author points out that the background of globalization, the scientific development view and the target to build a well-off society in an all-round way brings precious opportunities for the countryside culture construction.The fourth part is in regard to the guiding ideology and main tasks of the countryside construction. We should persist in the guideline of Theory of Marxism on culture construction, which constitutes a theoretical basis for building countryside culture. The main task of countryside culture construction is training the peasants to improve their moral quality and scientific quality and help them to be persons with lofty ideals, integral moral, high intelligence and good discipline.In the fifth part the author introduces the way and measures to construct the countryside culture. It is the most important part of this paper. The author sets forth that taking good advantage of culture resources, eliminating the bad effect of the negative culture, developing countryside cultural industries and cultural causes, and building countryside cultural atmosphere would boost the development of Chinese countryside culture.
