Compare Research Into Performance Of Governmental Portal Websites In Chongqing And Shanghai Jurisdiction

E-gov's performance evaluation research is a hot problem which the academy is researching at E-government. This dissertation established governmental portal websites in Chongqing and Shanghai jurisdiction objection, which analyzed and researched various governmental portal websites performance evaluation system theories, and brought forward new evaluation system. The dissertation used the new evaluation system to collect Chongqing and Shanghai jurisdiction governmental portal websites'data, compared and researched Chongqing and Shanghai jurisdiction governmental portal websites'actuality. The dissertation gave countermeasures and advice against the problem based on the synthesized analysis and research, especially for Chongqing jurisdiction governmental portal websites.This dissertation used for reference foreign academy E-gov's performance evaluation, based on China E-gov's facts, and established four dimensionalities' integrated evaluation system to Chongqing and Shanghai jurisdiction governmental portal websites, which are as follows: website service technology dimensionality guideline, which is website's providing services' base; website service contents dimensionality guideline, which is website services' core; website service integration dimensionality guideline, which is website services' guide; website service extending guideline, which is website services' complementarities. The dissertation researched the four dimensionalities' weight combining subjective and impersonal way.Using above guideline system to research Chongqing and Shanghai jurisdiction governmental portal websites, the results indicated: (1)Chongqing and Shanghai jurisdiction governmental portal websites all in website service technology, content cover degree, abundance degree, information update degree have good performance; and interaction degree need to be enhanced; however, website service integration dimensionality guideline contents and website service extending guideline contents of Chongqing and Shanghai jurisdiction governmental portal websites are the common weak points.(2)Chongqing and Shanghai jurisdiction governmental portal websites have already spanned flat building, into the second phase, that is, information release phase, the websites' function began to show and to enhance.
