| This dissertation makes a systematic research on the Chinese procuratorial systems by four parts. First of all, it begins with a brief introduction of the meaning and the means to research reforms of procuratorial systems. Then in Chapter One, it describes the origin and development of the western country's procuratorial systems. In the meantime, by introducing the history of Chinese procuratorial systems in Chapter Two, this dissertations insists that the law supervision shall be the basic function of the Chinese procuratorial systems and points out the disadvantages existing in the Chinese effecting procuratorial systems. Therefore, in the last chapter of the dissertation, the author submits his own opinions of principals and the constructs to the reforms of Chinese procuratorial systems. |
