21st century is the century of knowledge economy and the future belongs to the learners. Every organization must continuously improve its learning ability if it want to survive and develop under the competition. Continuous and effective organizational learning can make the organization improve its ability of challenging the change, ability of surviving and ability of continuous developing. Constructing learning organization is the ultimate goal and the highest level of organizational learning. As a member of the social organizations, the army should use the theory of learning organization to guide its learning and to impulse the constructing of a learning army. It is an urgent need of advancing the Chinese characteristic military transform and the certain choice of realizing the modernization of army.To build a learning army the most important thing is to do well in the army organizational learning,while the basis of doing well in the army organizational learning is to establish a scientific and effective mechanism for organizational learning. With the analysis of the level and the model of the organizational learning, in this thesis the obstacle of army learning is analyzed according to the character of army learning.the content,the character and the effect of the organizational learning mechanism in a learning army were discussed. Next the paper analyzed the essential of the organizational learning mechanism. At the same time, the paper also brought out some principles which should be abided by and illustrated the method in constructing the organizational learning mechanism. |
