With the quickness of process to the standardization, marketization and internationalization of China's security market, the competition pattern of the security market will change deeply. Facing the fierce market competition and ripe investors day by day, on one hand, the security companies are increasing their own strength through adding capital and stocks, on the other hand, they hope to improve the competence of managing urgently and to utilize current resources of the enterprises to exploit new markets.How to promote competitiveness and reduce cost and supply the best service for the customers are the most important things in daily works for every security trader.At the same time, they regard it as object to launch various kinds of marketing activities. This thesis analyses the whole situation for the security market and compare with the current marketing modes in order to promote the competitiveness in an all-round way and establish a full effective marketing system. Based on above-mentioned, I put forward some suggestions: define market orientation and market segments; define the marketing goal and marketing strategy, build a specialized team and marketing database; at the same time, structure the marketing management mode with one's own characteristic. |
