Research Of New Tendency In International Anti-monopolization Law

Competition is the soul of the market economy. It is the universal way in the world to use law to insure the main bodies of market economy to participate the market competition equally, fairly and freely. As the core of economic law, anti-monopolization law plays an important role in the standardization of market economy competition, the maintenance of market order and the steady, healthy development of the economy.
