Since 1990 economic globalization has developed dramatically. The main feature is the technological innovation of long distance communication using digital fiber and satellite, which has broken the limits of time and space, provided informational network of the entire world. Economic globalization, which is different from domestic production, has form the situation of national economy dependence each other. Moreover, business activities of various companies have not been limited within some areas or fields but the global sense. The consideration of international logistics has been given on provision of raw materials, machine parts, product distribution, and choice of plant. Logistics of materials is important to reduce costs of production in western countries. Accordingly, much attention has been given the notion of logistics. The purpose of the paper is to compare the difference in terms of regulations and law between western countries and China, give policy implications for the management. Therefore, the legislative system of management can be set up. Furthermore, the rapid development of the area can be realized.The paper contains four parts: firstly, international management law in logistics will be introduced. The notions of international management law of logistics and international law of logistics will be discussed. Secondly, the situation and problems of management law of logistics will be analyzed. Thirdly, the scope of international management law of logistics will be explored, which includes social relationship regulated by the law, managerial mode, participants, against of abnormal competition, international technological criteria. Comparison between western countries and China will be given. Fourthly. The policy implications of improving management of domestic management of logistics will be put forward. The consideration is on the basis of the basic principles and rationales of international management. Finally, the future prospect of international logistics will be considered.
