The competition in the household electrical appliances is very serious, there are so many trademarks in the market. Most of the enterprises often change their sale skills to earn the better place in the serious competition and control the sale scale of their products. After years of price battle, these enterprises; try to increase the sales volume by low price and gain economic advantage as little as possible. They find that the sales volume of their products has increased, but the profit becomes less and less. So more and- more enterprises come to know that they must depend on better service to become the winner of the market. As the source of the third party profit, Logistic earns more and more attention. Many factories adhibit logistic theory into manufacture and management.There are still a lot of problems in their logistic system because of less of knowledge and experience. This paper takes the logistic system of Aokema as an example to analyze the problems in the system and put forward corresponding measures. At last it points out that it is the trend to hand out the management of their logistic system to 3PL.The paper analyzes the logistic management system with systematic methods and tries to solve the problems with mathematic and theoretic methods. May these measures be reference to the other enterprises.
