The Analysis Of China's Industry Of Tungsten And The Research On The National Reserve

This thesis analyzes the existing circumstances and problems of China's industry of Tungsten from both the market and the government by the theory of industrial organization. Indicated that confused competition in upper and middle industry of Tungsten and the market failure have weakened the resources superiority of Tungsten. At the same time since the defect of the current resource administration systems, none of the prohibitive polices by fixing output has been successful.On the basis of the analysis of the current industrial polices, the thesis puts forward the national reserve police and mechanism. During the research, firstly, analyzed the inter-dependencies of the quantity of reserved Tungsten, the supply and the price. Then, analyzed systematically seven aspects the reserve mechanism including: the principle and legislation, the main body of the reserve, the method of reserve, the scale of reserve, the operation of reserve and the floatation of a loan.The conclusion of this thesis is that the police and mechaism of the national reserve could regulate the efficient output, stabilize the international price, and guarantee the reasonable exploitation and the economic security of China.
