Abstract/Summary:
As the Chinese economy system is transforming step by step and the reform of the state-own corporations is deepening over time, it becomes a key issue to seek for a reward mechanism for the operators of the state-own corporations adapted to the economy system by which the operators of the state-own corporations are inspired effectively, and which guarantees the increment of the state-own assets. The purpose of this paper is to deplore the main factors, which affect the reward of the operators of the state-own corporations and put forward a set of performance evaluating indexes and a reward mechanism for those operators.At the first, after reviewing the literatures, the author defines and interprets the two concepts of the state-own corporations and the operators, indicates the five main factors deciding the reward of operators of the state-own corporations, which are the corporation performance, the extent of government control, the management complex, the corporation size and the human capital of the operators. And then the paper mainly explains why the performance of the state-own corporations should include both the social performance and the economic performance, and brings forward a set of factor evaluating indexes accordingly. In the end, the paper discusses how to design a reward mechanism for the operators of the state-own corporations to inspire them effectively from the multi-perspective of the nature of the reward, the structure of the reward, the reward level and the reward model, and designs a reward mechanism for the operators of the state-own-holding highway company non-listing according to the practice.The conclusion of this paper shows as the following, The first, it's a complicated problem to research for the reward of the operators of the...
