The key problem of this thesis is to resolve the existent problems of production organization control in the old factory area. Dispatchers compere the production dispatching on site, watching plate and asking for goods by hand. Production compering is harmonized only by a little communication installation .Information feedback is not timely and exact enough .Information collection and analyses is based on manual statistics .Ware vehicle management is monitored and recorded artificially . The informatization system is a man-machine integration system which is effectively combined between information techniques and information data produced from industrial management. The information techniques include advanced industrial management thoughts, computer, network, database and communication and so forth. The purpose of establishing informatization system is to increase the economic benefit and competitiveness of enterprise. There is an imaginal parable said that "Enterprise information system is an efficient plane. Its one wing is IT, the other is management."Production organization control information system adopts middle-control room to monitor the whole links of production process .It is a production organization control information system (hereafter referred to system as simply )depending on computer network .The system can constitute an application system including production management ,monitor ,dispatching ,inventory statistics and gating management .It is tightly integrated between the advanced IT technique and production facility ,production technique ,production program ,material supply ,operation instruction and field of production condition .The system makes the whole production process informational by network electron watching plate and asking for goods ,computer processing and feeding back all sorts of information, The management of ware vehicle applies online trace and gating system . The whole process of production will be informational. The problems solved by this system as followed: The problems in departing homework plans: Handicraft establishment homework plan( the form of EXCEL),distributed to the following classes. Workers cannot share it with supplier online. Supplier should go to attempter office to copy plans every day (the plan number, car type, on time and in order piece. So the work efficiency is low, the operability is bad. The problems in production organization: Production attempter adopt that workers direct material supply, equipments circle, and preparation etc on the spot, harmonize the production only by a little amount of communication establishment, feed back the information inadequately on time and accurately. When production plan have to be changed, workers have to communicate with each other by telephone, which costs too much time and waste labors. Also, information is not fluent and the efficiency is low. The problems in logistics :The logistics spot is crowded very much, the logistics information is delivered hardly. The logistics mode is self-run one to provide the production and sales, such as original material, the parts of car, and assistance material etc. Logistics of production can be finished by car business enterprise. Manufacturing business enterprises are not only organizers of cars production and operators, but also the organizers of logistics and doers. The line of production is too long and storage is too big and money is too much used to be beneficial to enterprise. The problems in quantity : The collection and analyze of quantity information use the methods of the artificial statistics. In the whole process of production, workers find the problems only by the cards in the car. And when the workers in the Department of Quality Guarantee work out the statistics, all the records are taken by hands, not by computer recording, storing, and checking, so that to find the problem is not on time. The problems in final match :In production line, according to the different car types, the parts for adopting are not same. Usually when the parts do not match, they have to wait to be changed after the whole car has be finished. resulting in the waste of labor and material. Sometimes when changing the homework plan, it is easy to make mistakes. The problems in information display: There is only a screen of two sides on the spot, so the space is too limited to show plans, positions, and times. Workers can not see them clearly from far distance. The problems in the Whole car on-line and storage in warehouse to follow: Whole car on-line and storage are completely controlled by attemper workers, not by information system, which is a problem since the factory was built till now. In the past, the parts of cars or thewhole car used to be stolen sometimes. It is not easy to find the thieves without any clues. Recently, thanks to improving the management, situation has been better than before, but it has not been solved from the roots. The problems in temporary area stocking statistics: Now the parts of cars are saved in the temporary, just according to the detailed list made by worker. There are various kinds of parts in or out of stock every day, so it is so hard job for the manager of stock, and it is easy to make mistakes, which is not beneficial for the management; on the other hand, to the parts of cars, managers have no time to check up one by one, so it is easy to lead to the situation that the statistics do not match the real things in the stock. The problems in control at gate: Now when any vehicle comes into factory, the gate guard does not stop it. Only when any vehicle goes outside, the gate guard checks up the goods taken with it and whether there is the card for going out. Everything is done only by hand, not by the support of information system. The characteristics of the system design: Function scope then satisfies the new gross pack the production craft with produce the logistics basic need for boundary. The actuality combines together with future. Consider the relationship between the expand of function and future system mode, in order to reduce the unnecessary waste.. When design system, workers can use it to adjust to the changing of the numbers of users and improve the ability to searching information and support the development of the applied procedure. Also workers can put this function together with system management itself. System design needs to be adopted advanced methods and technology, noticed the mature of structure and equipment and tools. It can not only show the advanced level, but also have improved ability and can be sure to be leading position in the next ten years, and hand it down to the next technology smoothly.
