The competition between enterprises of the 21st century is often one of corporation culture, which, to some people's mind, is the primary determinant force for the survival and development of every new new-century enterprise. China's private corporations have played a key role in its economy and have made great contributions to its economic prosperity. In this historical period, to achieve more brilliant accomplishment, private corporations shall strive to make themselves more competitive in the international market and better themselves in corporation culture innovation, so that they may improve their management performance. However, to the present time, no sufficient study in this field has been made. To analyze the content of corporation culture system, and study its relation between management performance so as to realize the improvement of both is now an impending mission we must undertake.Firstly, This paper, on the basis of extensive literature researches home and abroad, has made some theoretic and positive studies on corporation culture in a compromise approach, constructing a theoretic frame for the study. Secondly, its positive study part structures a content structure description system and a VSPLR factor-analysis model, with a comprehensive investigation over the corporation culture of Hangzhou Wahaha Group and Zhejiang Chuanhua Group.
