An Analysis & Research On The Meishan Culture As Tour Resources And Its Developing

Tourism resource of Meishan culture consists of the traditional culture and traditional custom from all ancient nationalities in the Meishan area. Meishan culture has special & outstanding regional & folk features. It gives people a kind of fresh feeling out of the common and can cater to and meet psychological demand of pursuing novelty, difference, knowledge, similarity and root in the modern society. Exploiting the rich touring resources of Meishan culture, it is very important to enrich the local touring resources, promote economic development and enhance the local people's living condition. Based on the above, this paper mainly analyses the intension and the advantage of Meishan tour resources. In this paper shows some of my personal opinions in tourism exploitation, marketing & sales, and resource protection. This paper is divided into five parts: Part one: Preface, which is the description about the current situation the Meishan culture research, the writing purpose of this paper and some of the innovative and key points and even difficulties in the study. Part two mainly analyses the natural and social environment of Meishan culture's development, the connection among Meishan culture and the relevant cultures and the features and contents of Meishan culture. This paper points out that Meishan culture is originated under the condition of specific nature and social environment and is the culture which is created and inherited by different peoples of the Meishan area from generation to generation. Meishan culture is closely connected with peoples from MIAO, YAO, DONG and TU JIA minority nationalities and the culture of CHU and HU XIANG. Meishan culture has rich contents and involves different respects of production, life, folk faith and folk arts etc. It has outstanding national features and regional characteristics. Part three evaluates exploitable types of tour resources and exploitable conditions of Meishan culture. According to tour types, Meishan culture can be divided into appreciation, exhibition, participation, pleasure and competition, commodity and has the features of origin, mystery, primitive simplicity, peculiar and amusement and exploitable outstanding touring value. Though there are such some disadvantages as traffic, fund etc, to national travel, especially the policy environment and market environment market of Hunan area, the exploitation of touring resources of Meishan culture have certain feasibility and market environment of Meishan area is gradually being improved. Through the market tourists inspection and ananlysis of Meishan culture we can say that touring resources of Meishan culture has enormous exploitable potentiality . Part four analyses some problems like production exploitation and design, market orientation etc. tour resources of Meishan culture is exploited by setting holiday villages of folk custom, amusement gardens of folk culture and museums of folk culture etc and by the method of the tour festival of folk culture. It should be very important to research Meishan WUSHU, peoples'songs and dance movement, religious culture and traditional arts and crafts. In production design it should stress the amusement and participation characteristics of Meishan culture. The paper also analyses market orientation, market tactics of touring resources of Meishan culture and points out exploitation of Meishan cultural tourism should base on local market, exploit HUNAN market steadily and infiltrate and cultivate the other markets, at the same time, pay attention to attract the tourists from around districts. Concrete marketing tactics should set about from production, price, market channel and promotion etc. From sustainable development principle, the last part states current exploitable situation and protection countermeasure of Meishan culture.
