| Since the seventies of the 20th century, under the great background of "global corporation revolution", nonprofit organization or claiming "the third department" has got unprecedented development outside the market and country. From the view point of managing in the society, civil society is the realistic foundation of good governance, and the nonprofit department is the main material and organizing entity of civil society. So, considering the forming and perfection of civil society and the appearance of good governance, the sound development of nonprofit organization may well be essential. From the view point of practicing, the crisis caused by "market failure" and "government failure", which appeared in the western countries in second half of the 20th century, make more and more people turn to sight "the third department" independent of the government and enterprises to realize the goal that strength of the country and market has not been realized before this. Cultural tradition has long been known as fact that charitable, help people and help each other in history of our country, but the nonprofit organization of our country is still undeveloped in general. Various kinds of nonprofit organization of our country develop rapidly at present, but different types of nonprofit organization each has a characteristic in the course of its development, and has encountered different development problems separately, and has formed different thinking of development.The essay tries to summarize the development of nonprofit organization of our country from both aspects of theory and practice. Just because the government and market are not enough to meet consumers in the demand for several above-mentioned respects, the nonprofit organization has rationality and certainty to survive and develop as the provider of public articles beyond the government.Chapter three: The author has reviewed the historical origin and changes course of development of nonprofit organization of our country, and has done summarizing and analysis to the main type and characteristic of nonprofit organization of our country now. On this basis, the author finds out several subject matters of restricting development of nonprofit organization of our country at present.Chapter four: A great deal of questions appear in the course of development of our country's nonprofit organization, its origin lies in our country's present law and policy environment are imperfect. To this reality, this text has synthesized and summed up some suggestion of domestic academia, used to promote and standardizethe legal policy environment that nonprofit organization of our country are correlated with.
