The Nonprofit Organization And Volunteer Management Research In Shaanxi Province, China

Volunteers in the modern society service is playing a very effect, however in Shanxi Province are non-profit organization management of volunteers there are a series of problems, this paper discusses the problems and research, finally put forward what should be improved during the management of volunteers.This paper mainly divided into five chapters, the first two chapters state the related theories, the third chapter take the Red Phoenix project for example analysis and research the management of volunteers in Shaanxi, during this chapter I introduce the basic situation and the management mode of the Red Phoenix project, finally point out the problems existing in the management. The fourth chapter is to domestic and international advanced management mode of volunteers is introduced, the first day is of American college students volunteer management instructions, the second quarter is the eastern China the volunteer’s management, and also between the eastern and western areas of management of volunteers in values, organization form, the service content and evaluation methods and so on four aspects a comparative study, finally put forward the references for volunteer management development in the western area of our country. Chapter5raise the suggestions about the management of volunteers in Shaanxi, based on the status of the domestic and international advanced mode, and put forward the management of volunteers work should be perfect place.
