At the end of the 20th century, the information technology had an unprecedented great development, Internet changed the human society, brought our mankind into a brand-new cyber times. With the development at full speed of the information technology, the traditional industrial economy is being transformed into knowledge economy, advanced computer network and various kinds of management software have not merely changed the traditional communication way, also improved people's working efficiency and promoted the transition of the business administration idea. People have already begun to realize that the information technology not only plays an important role in today's development of the society, but also makes and offers another new management mode for enterprise's business procedure, which named digital management.Digital management is a kind of new type information management system on the surface, however, it is a institutional framework existing to enterprises, revolutionary change of management idea, management style in fact, it is the core of optimizing enterprise's value chain under a knowledge economy background, its far-reaching influence on enterprises is systematic operation ability and new competition advantage with which enterprises can develop continuously.This dissertation regards electric marketing system of Ningbo electric power bureau as the analytic target of the case, rely on the digitization management theory which contains the informational management, supply chain management, business process reengineering. We carry on and deep studying on how transform the traditional electric marketing mode into the advanced digitized management mode.This dissertation includes four parts altogether:The first part have introduced the meaning, characteristic of digital management, used the current situation and development trend in terms of general meaning at first, and analysis on the impact on enterprise's management mode and growth way through digital management, at the same time we talk about how enterprises realize the effective way of digitized management;The second part focus on the specific field of electric marketing, from use environment and key technology respect discuss digitized office procedure how utilize effectively in electric marketing field, and mention some might existing problem to its application course;The third part regards Ningbo electric power bureau as the analytic target of the case, by using the SWOT analysis, research the strength and Weakness that the Ningbo electric power bureau uses the digital management mode in the course of electric marketing.
