On The Value Of The System By People's Assessors

The jury system, which symbolize democracy of judicature and the extent to which it is open, is an important part of judicial system. Jury system originates from Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome and it is inherited and is developed by England, America, France, Germany and so on.Combined with different conditions of different countries, there are three kinds of typical forms of jury system. The first is wide and direct jury system. The second is the jury system in Anglo-American law family. The third is the system by people 's assessors in Romano-Germanic family. The jury system by assessors in China belongs to the system by people's assessors in Romano-Germanic family. Because of being several kinds of jury system, there exist divergences on definitions of every type among scholars. So the first chapter of this article mainly deals with the definition of the four kinds of jury system, which is the concept base of dealing with. The three kinds of jury System have different features because it exists in different times and in different countries .the second chapter of this thesis mainly talking about the distinct traits of them, which lays a solid foundation for further dealing with the value of jury system.
