In a word, Chinese contemporary political participation presents three main characteristics in contemporary: participation channels gradually became diversification and systemize, participation subjects increasingly diversifies and independent participations increase gradually. But at the same time, limited by Chinese contemporary society, especially the development degree of the political ecosystem, Chinese politics participates also have some problems such as that the right to participate can not be actually exercised, participates outlet is not enough unimpeded, and politics participate become more formalization. These problems restrict the further development of Chinese politics participate. Since it's appearance in sixty's in the 20th century, the internet has break the tradition order of society, economy and cultural, and cause substantial changes in all-directions to human society. At the same, the Internet has brought many changes to political participates: First, the Internet makes information to deliver more freely and getting involved in political activities more convenience, which will stir up the people enthusiasm to political participation; however, the Internet also foster more consumption and amusement to political cultural, which will eliminates the people's enthusiasm for politics participates to some extend. Second, Internet raises the citizens'abilities to obtain information and lower the cost to participate politics activities; but the information's reliability hardly get assured and usually to obtain information through the net looks like to find a needle from the sea. Therefore, the increase of abilities to participate politics made by the Internet shouldn't be excessively exaggerated. Third, the fast development of the Internet increased the amount of the citizens having the ability to participate in politics and of community political participates; On the contrary, because of the unbalance of the internet development it divides citizens into one part full of information and one part poor, which makes politics participates unbalance. In the end, the Internet has differently influenced the four forms of politics participates including the political organizing, the political election, political expresses and the political touching; but from a whole view, this impact is mainly aggressive and positive because the Internet enriches the content of the traditional politics participate technically. Because the internet's impact to the politics participates includes positive and negative sides, for the sake of pushing the development of Chinese contemporary politics participates, we must be footed on in existing conditions and put forward viable measures to use the benefits and to avoid harms toguide the development of politics participates in the right direction. The disadvantageous conditions for Chinese contemporary politics participate can be analyzed from three different levels as following: First, because the role of the politics participates is decided by the total strategy of social development, for the sake of political stability, the politics participates itself is not the first target of Chinese government and the extension of political participate turns to usually be postponed.
