The aim of this paper is to build the model of human resource cooperative management. By analyzing the history and the development process of human resource management, the development trend of human resource management in the future is pointed out, and the status, futures and existing problems of enterprise human resource management in our country are analyzed. At the same time, on the basis of the theory of cooperation, the cooperative management mode is put forward, and its essential characteristic, research area and application area are analyzed. Based on cooperative management mode, the mode of human resource cooperative management is advanced further, and the cooperation of human resource planning, human resource employment, human resource training, and the Performance Appraisal of human resource are analyzed. At last the function model and cooperation model are built by UML (a kind of visual modeling language) and realized by the human-computer interaction.
