| The human resources will be the critical resource in the 21st century. Economic advantage is decided by science and technology, but the advantages of science and technology originated from advantage of intelligence. The function of human resources is outstanding than before. Being a kind of strategically resource, it is vital in corporation strategy management, also highly recognized by the entrepreneurs in China. As a critical part of Human Resources Management, the performance appraisal plays a pivotal role. Effective performance appraisal system can make corporation come to goal, create high performance and become headspring of shape and development of corporation. So how to establish effective performance appraisal system becomes a focus of many corporations in the world. The 360-degree feedback, including the rise, background, content of the 360-degree feedback and comparing with other appraisal methods, was analyzed more thoroughly in the thesis. Whether it adapted to domestic corporations, how to use it effectively and how to operate it by taking serious to problems and measures were also analyzed in the thesis. At the same time, a model of 360-degree feedback was constructed objective and scientific by using the method of Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process to resolving the use of it in the domestic corporations. According to the difference of the objects, the model formed quota system and proportion system, in which three kinds of employees including senior manager, intermediate manager and primary employee were taking into account. The reliability of participants was confirmed, and finally the model resolves the problem of unification about appraisal results by difference of participants in the process of performance appraisal. |
