Study On Aided Decision-making Support System Of Comprehensive Opinion

This paper treats of the theory of the comprehensive opinion's mathematics model and the development situation in the LanZhou Power Supply Bureau's Management Information System. The comprehensive opinion's mathematics model main adopted the 'Analytical Hierarchy Pross' combined with 'Delphi Pross', specialists can give the schema guideline different marks, then we can work out the value of the different guidelines' comparative matrix value and the schemas' contributive matrix value, finally, multiply the two matrix we can get the result.The comprehensive opinion system established on the ground of the comprehensive opinion's mathematics model, applied the advanced three-tied structure (Client/Application Server /Database Server). The development tools are Delphi5.0 and Microsoft SQL2000. The comprehensive opinion system completed all the algorithm of the comprehensive opinion's mathematics model successfully and it has been used at the LanZhou Power Supply Bureau Apr 20 2001. If possible, expanded the function, the system has the value to be used on business. and it can complete varied kinds of assessments, such as performance valuation on branch department,the decision ability assessments of the enterprises, the assessments of an entity's credit and of a project.
