| Adopting the idea of "putting forward question-analyzing question-solving question in turn", the author mainly discusses the control and management about venture capital and the high-tech enterprise. Firstly, the operation mechanism of venture capital is studied based on the current researches. Secondly, having analyzed the characters and risk, the author studied the operation mechanism of venture capital. Thirdly, from the comparison of control mode and the analysis of the principle for designing, the author designs a kind of control mode of the intervening type actively and carries on detailed research in controlling the early warning system of risk. Finally, a kind of new administrative skill frame is designed by analyzing the management to the high-tech enterprise and the system are brought forward in order to adapt to the frame. The author also proposes some advice about risk management. For the integrity of the thesis, the author introduces the innovation of this text and the imagination of next work. |
