Cost Evaluation On Engineering Change Management In PDM

It is an effective method that enterprises control and manage cost to cost evaluation. In PDM, engineering change happen frequently, it is quite complicated that cost management of engineering change management in PDM, quite a lot of cost factor that involved, a lot of uncertain factors, timeliness, marketability exist again, causing the change cost modeling course to be complicated, it is difficult for the cost to manage and evaluate. This paper regards product designing change in PDM as the research object, linking the product cost defining and standard of CM II, to research the cost evaluation of product designing change, in order to explore a kind of effective method to evaluate change cost of products. The main content that this paper studies includes:1) According to the standard of ICM'S CMII, Combining the production character and change character about household electrical product, a change model oriented household electrical product manufacturing enterprises is set up.2) The cost of the household electrical product Have been analyzed before change --in enterprises of the manufacturing industry, calculating the cost of product should be handled according to the costs range that the country stipulate strictly.3) Based on theory of the similar cost, the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to ascertain the value of product change characteristic factor, the Cost Estimate Models of the Household electrical Product Change (CEMHPC) is founded. Confirming the similar degree of characteristic of the products through calculating, and arranging in an order cost of product according to the similar degree, the Exponential Smoothing is used to solve the cost evaluation of the products change problem effectively, The accuracy of the cost evaluation of the products change have been guaranteed. It aims at solving the questions at present that it is the difficult to predict change cost, cost evaluation is usual man-made and is not systematic.4) Code in microwave oven is analyzed, and designed, the produce change for microwave oven is aimed at, and the Cost Estimate Models of the Household electrical Product Change is used to assess the change cost.
