The Study Of The Trade Development Strategy During The China's Industrialization From The Angle Of International Industry Migration

International industry migration (IIM) means some industry transfer from some countries or regions to others; it can be accomplished primarily by international capital flows or international investment. IIM is not only an important means of restructuring of industry and accomplishing global strategy for developed country but also an important way to restructure industry, upgrade industries and progress in technology for developing country. The result of studying it's characteristics and stream as a basis for reenacting and restructuring china' s trade and industrial policy has become the key to bring about industrialization and make industrial structure upgrade and modernize.The paper tries to analyze the problem of trade development strategy during the china' s industrialization from the angle of IIM. The paper is made up of five parts. The first part review the theories of IIM; The second part analyze the problem of restructuring of industry in an intermediate stage of our country' s industrialization; The third part analyze particularly the situation of the china' s accepting IIM and the influence to upgrade industries; The forth part start from the analysis of selection criteria of objective industry in the trade development strategy, and followed by the discussion of unification of industry classification by technology - intension, and at last discuss the goal of trade development —developing the intermediate technology. The lastpart put forward the policy suggestion of reasonable planning to accept IIM.
