Finally,through econometrics analysis to the new-type industrialization and technical development of Fujian Province, a conclusion is drawn by simulation : expanding the whole industrial scale (strengthening the investment in fixed assets of industry) , advancing industrialization proceeding , meanwhile expanding the corresponding input in independent research and development (here referring to increasing the proportion in independent research and development), such a technical development strategy helps to improve the new-type industrialization level of Fujian Province in an all-round way.
