Research Of The Operational And Organizational Problems Of The Guangxi Telecom Company

The competition within the telecom industry is becoming increasingly vigorous, and the Guangxi Telecom Company faces the difficulty of very slowly increasing business revenues while operating ineffectively in this competitive environment. This study summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and dangers of the Guangxi Telecom Company by using the SWOT matrix analysis.
