Study On Copyright Of Photographic Works

The　thesis　is　composed　of　three　parts:　preface,　main　body　and　conclusion.　The　preface　shows　the　reasons　of　choosing　the　subject.　The　main　body　includes　four　chapters.　Chapter　one,　defining　the　photographic　works　by　means　of　comparative　analyses.　Chapter　two,　the　writer　studies　the　protection　of　the　photographic　works　from　the　revolution　of　the　copyright's　history.　Chapter　three,　the　writer　gives　emphasis　to　describe　the　difficulty　on　the　protection　of　the　photographic　works　rights　in　the　modern　time.　Chapter　four,　the　writer　researches　the　protection　of　the　photographic　works　from　the　revolution　of　the　copyright's　history　and　tries　to　give　his　own　opinions　and　advise　about　the　protection　of　photographic　works,　especially　the　digital　photographic　works.　The　last　chapter　is　a　summary　of　this　article.　Because　the　protection　of　digital　photographic　works　is　a　developing　issue　in　the　modern　time,　lots　of　new　questions　will　arise.　As　the　development　of　society,　people　will　pay　more　attention　to　the　protection　of　photographic　works　in　digital　time.
