Conscious performance of citizen awareness education is even more evident. In the process of fighting for the rights , citizens began to consciously pursue their social body position. The fighting and expansion of power promoted identity of ethnic group and consciousness of civic education for the U.S. Since the 90s last century, In the United States, ethnic culture coexisted with ethnic identity revival and recovery as well as dilution of ethnic identity.
