As China's market economy development and deepening, the state protection of the rights of consumers are more and more attention, not only in the form of legislation will be statutory rights of consumers, but also procedural law establishes the realization of the interests of consumers way. China's "Consumer Protection Law" stipulates that the conciliation, mediation, appeals, arbitration and litigation settlement of consumer disputes are five ways. However, with social progress and awareness of consumer rights protection, the five dispute resolution used in the real world are more or less exposed flaws in its lack of an effective link between each other, which greatly affected the consumption overall effectiveness of the dispute resolution mechanism to play. This paper tries to resolve consumer disputes, the mechanism of the status quo of the problems highlighted with the reality, of a number of mature experience from abroad, and explore the crux of the conflict, and then to China's improving consumer dispute resolution mechanism put forward several proposals. |
