Research On The Establishment Of The National Honor System

With the highest authority in honor system, national honor is awarded to those who have made great contribution to the development of the society, which is awarded in the name of the nation. National honor system arranges and programs the awarding process formally, which plays an important role of encouraging and leading and have a significant function in the development of the nation. Under the background of constructing a socialism harmonious society, China is conceiving and studying the establishment of the national honor system.The thesis researches and analyses the national honor system based on literature research, comparative analysis and normal analysis. After the analysis and study of the theoretical basis and the current situation of the national honor system, and descriptive analysis the honor system of the foreign countries, and we put forth to establish our own national honor system with China's characteristics, which fulfill the blank in this field, so it has a great valuation.This thesis studys the establishment of the national honor system from the theoretical basis as well as the practical analysis. The human's nature theories, the motivation theories and the social and political theories make up the theoretical basis in my thesis. Current our country of situation has provided some practical theories. The learning of five countries of the experiences in the honor system, in order to put forward the meaning and condition of establishing Chinese honor system. Besides, with the aim to establish the national honor system with Chinese characteristics, suggestions of this thesis is the establishment of the national honor system with the principles of the equity principle, legal principle, and benefit principle and with the content of the law system, the honor system and the administration system.The purpose of this thesis is conceiving the national honor system with China's characteristics and analysis the practical theory in our country and learning the experience from foreign countries. Providing some theoretical supporting and constructive suggestion for the establishment of the national honor system, which has a great theoretical and practical meaning. There are some fallbacks in my thesis, which needs a further study.
