The Theory Of The Right Of Honour

Right to honor is an independent civil rights, by the fame and the principal islegally entitled to, and protected by law. About right to honor the laws are the principleprovisions, relief for right to honor was mainly concentrated on the civil liability. Withthe degree of social civilization and the improvement of the civil legal concepts, thepublic understanding of the right to honor improved awareness of their own right tohonor protection has also been enhanced. Compared with other personal rights, right tohonor theory development is relatively slow, have not studied in depth. Legal systemabout right to honor is not perfect. In practice, right to honor can not get effectiveprotection. Based on this, I adopted the interpretation of the basic theory of the right tohonor system of analysis. I found right to honor has some problems in the theory,legislation, and practice. By corresponding improvement views,I hope that through thispromotion the theoretical research of the right to honor, improve the legal system ofright to honor, provide the basis and foundation for the judicial practice, and ultimatelyto achieve right to honor.
