The Research Of The Social Justice From The Perspective Of A Harmonious Socialist

The current Chinese society is changing from traditional society to a modern society, the mainstream of the changes and trends of which is political democratization and market economy. The process of industrialization, urbanization and modernization break the traditional social structure, so people go out of the family and family relationships, from a member of the family into a member of society, which realizes the change from status to contract. With modern lifestyles and the transformation of social structure, in the process of building a moderately prosperous society, social justice issues have become an increasing concern.The specific content of the article includes four parts.In the first part, justice and fairness, equality and other related concepts are analysis ;the concept of justice and the content of social justice are defined in theory; of the four kinds of Social Justice of the representative thinkers are researched. Justice is our eternal pursuit of human values,justice is reflected in the absolute and relative, the ideal and reality of unification. Marxism holds that social justice is a historical category, changing with the development of productive forces; that the evaluation of labor is the measure of social justice; that freedom is the foundation of social justice; that realizing the social justice means reforming the social system. The concept of Socialist justice, the nature of socialism, practice of contemporary China and a harmonious socialist society are the same; which is the combination of formal justice and substantive justice.The second part focuses on the relationship between the value of social justice and socialist harmonious society. Achieving social justice is beneficial for the maintenance of harmonious order; conducive to the promotion of human subjectivity; conducive to human freedom, dignity. Social justice is the cornerstone of a harmonious socialist society: which is the essential requirement of democratic rule of law, a prerequisite for honesty, the necessary motivation to stimulate social energy, an important guarantee for achieving stability and order and the institutional basis of ecological harmony. Social justice and harmonious society have internal consistency. The conclusion that social justice is the primary virtue includes the deep meaning---- respecting for human values, freedom, equality and development. The socialist harmonious society is one which is able to embody the essence of socialist society; where a mutually beneficial relationship should be maintained between the different sectors of society; where the exploitation and the polarization are eliminated. Harmonious socialist society is the pursuit of fair and just society. The greatest significance of sharing the outcome by all members in society first, is to promote the integration of the whole social structure and harmony; to maximize the core members of the community on social cohesion and a sense of belonging. If so the social structure will be healthier and more harmonious.The third part focuses on the reasons and the problems to realize the social justice. First let's review the development process of Chinese social justice. China has gone through three stages of social justice: a planned economy, market economy, a harmonious society. Secondly, Analysis the major problems our current social justice is facing: there is a serious injustice, and there are all kinds of injustice in political life, the opportunity is also very obvious injustice in all areas of social life. Main reason of those are as follows: the lack of justice factors in China's traditional culture caused poor historical inertia; conversion of new and old systems caused policy empty field, deficiencies in institutional arrangements and the weakness of social rewards and punish evil.How to achieve social justice in our country while we are building a harmonious society are discussed in the fourth part. The material basis for achieving social justice is to establish a sound socialist market economic system; establish the scientific concept of development, promote the coordinated development of economy and society. The system basis to achieve social justice is equal opportunity, equal rights and obligations. The realization of social justice policy is to play the role of the justice value orientation, set the correct rights, rights of view, foster personal sense of justice and fair mind.
