The Study On The Construction Of The System Of People's Political Consultative Conference In Inner Mongoliaautonomous Region Since Reform And Opening Up

The people's political consultative conference as the most extensive patriotic united front organizations under the leadership of Chinese communist party and as important organization form of the multi-party cooperation,political consultation and democratic supervision has been plays a tremendous role in China's political life, social life and socialistic modernization construction and maintenance of national solidarity and unity. With progress of the new China and Inner Mongolia autonomous region and history upheaval in Inner Mongolia, Inner Mongolia political consultative conference exalted socialist banner, firmly grasp the unity and democracy two big topics, earnestly implementing political consultation, democratic supervision, participating politics, giving full play to the functions under the leadership of the party committee of and various social support and the vast political consultative conference (CPPCC) and positive efforts by the workers of patriotism.This paper has made a special political system for Inner Mongolia, which can be divided into three chapters.The first chapter states the people's political consultative conference system construction of Inner Mongolia, the development course of the people's political consultative conference system construction of Inner Mongolia in legal status, subject status, political function play, work of institutional aspects of Inner Mongolia the achievements of the people's political consultative conference summary of experience of institutional construction. The second chapter mainly elaborates the existing problems from political consultation, democratic supervision, participating politics of three aspects of new period in the people's political consultative conference system construction of Inner Mongolia, and in-depth analysis of the causes, and explores the Inner Mongolia autonomous region to promote the CPPCC, with putting forward the construction of system accords with the actual and feasible countermeasures. The third chapter expounds countermeasures of improving and promoting the construction of Inner Mongolia people's political consultative committee system. This chapter aims at the problems existing in the participating politics the people's political consultative conference in Inner Mongolia in political consultation, democratic supervision, with the reasons of these problems, it should put forward countermeasures of the construction of Inner Mongolia people's political consultative committee system.
