"KUSO" is the research object of this article. The criminal analysis of "KUSO" is based on the ontological analysis, and this article tries to find the specific path to improve our legislation under the network background from learning foreign legislation on Parody. Since "Murder Caused by a Steamed bread" created by Hu Ge bursting Internet in 2006, "KUSO" has grown throughout the network from a strange new thing, and has broke through the virtual space into real life. This chapter is the main body of this article, and presents the purpose. Through the criminal law analysis of "KUSO", it is mainly characterized as the Copyright Crime and Insult Crime or Libel Crime, as to meet the need of combating serious violation of legal rights of others in "KUSO".Chapter IV learns from foreign systems and improves our legal system.
