When The Internet come out, it soon rated fifth media behind newspapers, magazines, radio, television, become the new media worldwide because its data type, super territoriality, interactive and updatability. The influence of Internet on the daily life is not only changed the traditional entertainment, making friends, work mode, even affected the traditional business model. It is also because the rise of Internet shopping, a large number of web advertising also filled with network. Internet as an emerging media in recent years, the web advertising is unveiled only about recent years. The legal norms and monitoring method about web advertising are in a young stage, we can say there is no specific law to regulate the web advertising, so, a lot of web false advertising get greatly harm of the interests consumers, destroy the market order. This paper based on present situation and take measures of web false advertisement at home and abroad, regulatory probe found loopholes under the depth of existing regulations. In view of the web false advertising subject, web false advertising monitoring methods, web false advertising deal with difficulty and transnational network problems such as false advertising system, combining multiple exploration of excellent foreign legal norms and solving measures for our web advertising law system perfecting recommendations, seek the most appropriate measures to crack down web false advertising, in order to make some contributions to perfect Chinese web advertising legal system.
