Explorationg And Thinking On The Legal Environment Of Private School Education In Our Country

From the perspectives of three dimensions of the history, present situation and future of education development,employing three-point law philosophy analysis method, this paper discusses the nature of non-government education, the legal status, management pattern, the government policy, external and internal management legal factor (environment) and their powerful effect on the development of private school education. Private school education is a inevitable product of the development of education in China, and even the world. It is proposed that our country's market economy condition plays an important role on the non-government education and an ideal legal environment should be constructed. Thus effective measures should be taken, such as teachers uniform accreditation, improving entry qualifications, the voluntary school quality assurance and features to be created, insisting on the private school education publicity direction, implementation of school run by the corporate governance system, adjusting the structure of private school education distribution, etc. During the new period, private school education is limited by public education strong impact, the government should provide proper support including education funds, and make its development smoothly. In this way, private school education will play an important part in the prosperity of China's socialist education cause.
