The Analysis On Provisions Of Social Security Rights In Chinese Constitution

The first chapter is the overview of social security rights. Because the concept of social security is controversial. Definitions of social security rights are from different angles. This paper limits the definition of social security, social security rights are constitutional rights, this limit make us find social security rights as the meaning of constitutional law from the complex study, let readers understand the paper's problem domain. I also introduce nature, characteristics and Features of social security rights, introducing features and function of social security rights is aimed at understanding social security rights in three-dimension. We must pay attention to that. Although social security rights are mainly in the nature of social rights, it does not exclude that social security rights have the meaning of freedom.The second chapter analyzes social security rights in the Constitution of the historical background. First, we analyze social security rights in the Constitution of international background.
