Preliminary Study About Prison Labor During The Treatment Of Casualties

In contemporary ,all able-bodied inmates must participate in productive labor has become a way and means of prison authorities the execution of sentences in China . However, under the impact of tide of the market economy , desire for the pursuit of economic interests lead to neglect prisoners' protection of the rights in the labor process. Particularly, the treatment of implementation issues after the labor prisoners hurt have not been given due attention. This article start with the United Nations and labor rights in China on the relevant provisions of the Protection of Prisoners ,combine prison authorities deal with the current inmates injured, the reality of death, analysis and study, proposed the question that the present prison authorities in dealing with inmates casualty problems, give personal advice to solve the prisoners and casualties during the treatment of labor. Treatment of casualties of prisoners during labor should be treated into a unified work injury insurance to be dealt with, all relevant departments perform their duties and work together ,which is a strong guarantee to implement the treatment of prisoners of casualties during labor .
