Studies On The Liquid-phase Ammoximation Of Cyclohexanone Using On-line Atr-ftir Spectroscopy And Chemometrics

National Matriculation Test (NMT) bears the historical missions of achieving the education equity and selecting talents for the country, involving the future and the fates of hundreds of millions of people, thus affecting the development and progress of the society definitely and significantly. However, in recent years, during our countries' admission in the college entrance examination enrollment, many problems occur frequently, Causing sensation of the whole country easily, such as the immigration issues resulting from the regional differences in scores Lines in NMT,the fraud cases leading by the policies of extra points added to the NMT to form a total score for the Minority, the impersonation event of being admitted into the college, and the bad practice of establishing abnormal relationship for the admission to the college. These problems have seriously damaged the credibility of the NMT in the eyes of the public, shaking the foundation of its existence, so we must pay serious attention to it. And all these are mainly caused by the irregulation of the procedure of the enrollment of the MNT. So, the study of the procedure of the enrollment of the MNT is undoubtly theoretically and practically significant in reversing the enrollment problems.This essay conducts a comprehensive and systematic study for the regulations and policies for the College entrance examination procedures for admission, by using the researching methods and knowledge of the subjects as Constitutional law, Administrative law, Litigation law, and Sociology. First, it concludes the enrollment problems for admission by focusing on the hot cases, and then it analyzes the reasons in policies, laws and procedures, promoting the treatments in procedures and raising it to the high degree of the Legal System of Administrative procedures. Finally, as to the lack of the laws and regulations for the enrollment for admission in NMT, it gives us suggestions on developing the "Regulations for College Entrance Examination Admission", and simply analyzes its system and content.
