It is dazzled and exhausted to defend and fix. We also find that among the community in this society, every single person belongs to different interest groups on combined effects of many reasons. Every interest group formed different values based on identified and comprehend the way on gaining or occupying interests. People evaluate other groups or behavior just on that. Although, these evaluations are different among each other, they have certain consistency. It generally take the other behavior as a threat to people their selves, and make the negative evaluation, as an illegal behavior, or even crime, and eliminate and exclude.In this article, the author emphasis these issues on the aspects to argue:First of all, clarify the basic theory on female crime. The reason is which forming the practical harm results to the society are the single behavior of crime that different on the effect of form and nature. However, leading the reasons on these different behavior of crime is different. Obviously, if we investigate clearly on the leading reason of the very behavior of crime, reveal the condition of the effects on each others, master the law of the changing and development, proposing the corresponding strategy to eliminate becomes simple, and the effects of the prevention on this crime becomes more significant in practices.Secondly, mining and listing the history and current situation and evaluate on female crime. It is said that viewing today should evaluate history. Because crime make the normal life of human society aggrieve seriously, it arousing people's attention early on the development of human society to seek the strategy which eliminate crimes. And it becomes the quest issue for politicians and thinkers.Thirdly, reveal the main types and features on female crime. Through the researching, we try to list the main types on female crime clearly. About the features on every type, the author believes that female crime has the unique main types, of course, this is not the routine. On the features, it is neither have the necessity nor no necessity.Fourthly, analyze the reference on female crime abroad and other areas to our country. The author believes that if just remain on the relative issues domestic, it is not enough, we should deeply compare.Finally, discuss the coming development on female crime. The author believes that female is still in bad conditions in every aspect in the modern society, the system environment is still imperfect, the less developed legal protection is the major reason leading many negative factors.
