Study On Perfection Of Crime Prevention System Of Female Offence

Female offence is a hot topic in the criminology research. The growth, types, and new characteristics of the female offences has been noticed. The study of female crime in our country increased much, research perspectives also gradually refined. Female crime prevention mechanism contains multiple aspects such as society, judicial, among which procuratorial organs as the undertaker of the criminal procedure and the legal supervisor, shall play a greater role in the female crime prevention mechanism.The article was divided into five parts.The first part of the general situation of research on female crime investigation. From the perspective of crime prevention, connotation of female crime should understand from broad sense, contains social deviant behavior of prevention, in order to more effectively promote the improvement of the prevention mechanism. "Biological determinism" and "social determinism" in the western criminology research of female crime is two kinds of basic position, and gradually formed a variety of academic schools. China’s historical and contemporary research on the practice of female crime information fully.Empirical data for a city investigation to analyze the actual situation of female crime provided background.The second part studies the basic concepts and patterns of crime prevention, and the female crime is the most appropriate prevention mechanism. Female crime prevention mechanism should correspond to the basic features and reasons of the female crime. For our country, triggered by the victim identity "inverter" evil female crime need special response; Pay close attention to female crime family relationship maintenance for the role of female crime prevention and correction; Care about female criminal psychological traits and human care; Young women crime to be focused on; Multiple of female crime should have specific countermeasures. In Western, the experience of supervisory areas and corrective measures of female crime in criminal judicial procedure is worth using for reference.The third part discusses the content and the shortcomings of our country existing female crime prevention mechanism. At present in terms of society, criminal judicial and procuratorial organs inside, there are aimed at female crime prevention mechanism. There are big problems, but they are not enough attention to the female crime prevention, lack of effectiveness.The fourth division for the perfection of the preventive mechanism of female crime in our country are proposed. In criminal judicial procedure, the procuratorial organs in the performance of the investigation, such as investigation, prosecution, criminal execution supervision authority, shall give full the female criminal relationship and pay attention to protect their rights, cultivate law-abiding positive thinking, contributing to its sincere step to repentance. Procuratorial organs should perform legal power of supervision of anti-family violence law enforcement, the mental patient compulsory medical treatment system, litigation rights issues, such as toward procuratorial power should play the role of the specification and supervision.The fifth part is epilogue part. The author concludes and put forward the own views on theory and practice of female crime prevention.
