| In recent years, voices of people point the swords towards the unrealistically high housing prices, because they look forward to a fair housing investigation. Having the ability to effectively control and implement the housing policies to address the unrealistically high prices, structural imbalances in supply and demand of housing and overheated investment, has become an important measure of the level of execution of the government in housing policy.This article from a policy point of view of the closed participants,to explore the root causes and performance of the government implementation low power in housing policy, restricted view to break of the participants closure in the process of implementation.
