Research On Planning And Control Of Networked Production

With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of information technology, the stringent market competition and individualization requirements make today's manufacturing enterprises facing drastic challenges, and the great changes of production management mode have being taking place. The variety of enterprise environment needs the production system to be an agile and double-quick system. To adapt to the enterprise environment changes, the networked production is just one type of production organization modes which can improve the enterprise's agility and response quickly to the customer's requirements. But there are many differences between the new production organization method and traditional enterprise's production management on the production planning and control. Under the stratagem of "informationization drives industrialization" that was put forward by our country, this paper has made researches and discusses about the new pattern production mode of enterprise—networked production and its production planning and control. Moreover the networked-production mode has been the indispensable weapon that can guarantee competition advantage and continuable development competence of many enterprises.Firstly, on the basis of the researches that are made on the organization form and production characters of networked production, this paper thinks that as one of the organization forms of networked production, network extended enterprise is one of critical technologies to realize the networked production. And this dissertation points out the goal and emphases of networked production planning and control. On the basis of those, some research and analyse have been made on the mode and operation management of networked production planning and control.Afterwards, direct against the characters of networked production planning, on the basis of customized production principle and according to the impact that order customization has made on the production schedule, this paper set up a mode of networked production planning that cater for the production modes of the Assemble to Order (ATO)and Manufacture to Order (MTO), workout and implement the networked production schedule with the mode. Furthermore, this paper analysed the order management and the algorithm of production schedule.Finally, within the range of space, this paper analysed the structure of networked production on different places from both vertical respect and horizontal respect, and has proposed order control strategy, the static control tactic and the dynamic control tacitc based on Multi-Agent, which cater for the networked production.Through the research of this thesis, it means to provide theoretical reference to the production schedule and control of networked production, and offers a kind of modes of production planning and control of networked production which are optional and reasonable. We can offer the reference for the actual operation of production planning and control under the networked circumstance and hope to improve the running efficiency of networked production in our country.
