The thesis mainly studies the production management system of Hushan Electronic Ltd Co. It consists of four parts, based on knowledge of production management.Any corporation, especially corporations of acoustic manufacture, will get involved in violent market competitions. How to manage production effectively, produce acoustic products that customers are satisfied with, and survive competitions are severe challenges that enterprises are facing.This article is mainly devoted to the production management system of Hushan Electronic Ltd Co. It aims to suggest some ideas of improvement about the system. From six aspects: production strategy, production location, production organization, production planning, production control, and quality control, the thesis puts forward improvements considering problems appeared in the corporation's management in order to raise production efficiency, quality of products and products' competition in market.First of all, acoustic productions, which satisfy customers, should be designed to take competitive advantages. Therefore to develop and design products is the first step. Secondly, manufacturers have to organize and prepare for production, arrange reasonably for production planning, balance production and decrease costs of products according to its capacity. In addition, the whole process of products should be controlled in order to make manufactured products achieve quality requirements.
