| As the best of non state-owned enterprises in China, non-stated listed companies are not only the epitome of the ongoing high-speed growth of national economy, but also the important jumped-up parts of securities business. So they have developed rapidly than before in recent years. Through seeking for a scientific and effectual evaluation theory and method on operating achievement for non-stated listed companies, it will urge them to know clearly about their real management status, to lead their enterprises to put scientific management into practice and to level up their operation. Thus non-stated listed companies can be in an indefectible position in the drastic market competition, what's more they can lead all non state-owned enterprises to grow in strength endlessly. In a word, evaluating non-stated listed companies' operating achievement effectively is not only an important problem but also count for much about the whole national economy.The theme of this paper is to research on a factor analysis evaluation method about non-stated listed companies' operating achievement.At first, three methods used widely nowadays, EVA evaluation method, balance scorecard evaluation method and comprehensive exponential evaluation method, are discussed. Although these methods had important effects, their deficiency is obvious. This paper opens out their principium, merit and limitation, respectively. Based on the discussion, we study the actuality about evaluation on non-stated listed companies' operating achievement, including illuminating existing evaluation contents and methods. Then we indicate the main problems in existence. As follows, we carry the factor analysis evaluation method farther, which can accord with the fact of non-stated listed companies: setting up a factor analysis evaluation system, designing a factor analysis model and showing its solution. At last, taking non-stated listed companies of Shan Dong province in China as an example, this paper gives a demonstration on an application of the factor analysis evaluation method to evaluate non-stated listed companies' operating achievement in order to post this method's validity. |
