A new parameter design model of ERP system is introduced in this paper. That provides a new solution for the problem in the implementation of ERP system including low flexibility, long period of implementation and low success rate.Using this System to develop ERP system, we can get out of the traditional procedure of programming which is so complicated. What we should to do in this system is only to set the parameter we needed. Not only the interface of application but also the work flow can be designed by setting parameter. So the developing speed is put forward and the flexibility of ERP system is strengthened. In the future, if there is some change in the work flow of enterprise, we can modify the according parameters, by that the ERP system will meet the new need of enterprise.1. In this paper, we analyze the traditional developing method of ERP and the current state of implementation of ERP in China. We conclude that if we want to raise the success rate of ERP and bring the real improvement of management to enterprise, the ERP system must have a higher flexibility, which can be adjusted according to the condition of enterprise. For that, we propose a new parameter reconfigurable design model.2. The key technology and main functional module is introduced in this paper. We propose a framework based on virtual machine and describe the design way of data acquisition, data query, report design and power management. And we show the key code and the data structure.3. The main functional module including table organizer, menu organizer, power organizer and resource organizer in this system is introduced in this paper. They is the key module in this system.4. At last we introduce two sample designed by this system and the main functional module in them. The usability of this system is exhibited by them.Finally, the conclusion and the developing trend of the ERP system are put forward.
