Nowadays , administrative decision is a focus of management . An administrator must study the fact and obey the rational principle . Since the party 's important meeting in December 1978 , the administrative decisions in China have been more and more rational .However , there are many non-rational and anti-rational facts during the administrative decision-making progress . What's more , the rational administrative decisions also have many puzzledoms . And so , the administrators often make wrong decisions .The tradition of China ,practicality ration ,is unlike the west ration , but pre-scientific and prematurity . What's more ,it dose not like abstractive and logic consequences , but emphasizes instinct excessively. Ad so , when it meets the trend of thought of non-ration and anti-ration , it is hard to bridge the realism and the thought. However , we must acquire and develop the tradition of China , which emphasizes the importance of human's value and morality.The traditional ration in the west is abstract, unilateralism and metaphysical. But these shortcomings are not the causes to move over ration , but the causes to improve it.
