A Study On Training And Singling Out Talents With High-tech In Reviving The Old Industrial Base Of Jilin

The sixteenth congress of Communist Party supposed that supporting the old industrial base in the northeast of china to adjust and reconstruct is another important strategical decision for quickening the local economic development harmoniously which is based on the construction of well-to-do society , made by the party center and state , following the exploitation and opening of the Southeast and development of the West . Jilin will face the unusual historical opportunity . To revive the old industrial base of Jilin and obtain secondary development , the key problem and the most deficient is talents . According to the appeal from the congress of talents of the center and Jilin province , the five kinds of processions , party and politics talents , management of enterprise talents , special talents , high-tech talents and talents practicality in country , will be quickened in construction . The main tasks for reviving the industrial base of Jilin are to track the new industrialization path , to quicken the development of industries with high-tech , to change and upgrade traditional industries into ones with high-tech . The talents with high-tech will be necessary to accelerate the technological innovation of enterprise and transformation of the science and technology . There is no high good product without some good talents with high-tech .It si very important practical and historical meaning that how to do the education work well , train enough talents with reasonable knowledge structures , high-tech and devotion fitting for the development of society and economy in Jilin .
