Study On The Garlic Integration Of Jinxiang County Shandong Province

The garlic integration in Jinxiang County Shandong Province has developed from merely a kind of vegetable to a supporting industry of the County since the mid of 1980s. In order to learn more about the garlic integration of Jinxiang County and to analyze the factors which influence it , this paper traced back more than 20 years to study the developing course and the forming of the garlic integration in the County.Based on the relating theory of agricultural integration, the paper studies the garlic's industrial status, export and its influence on the County's economy development. Meanwhile it studies the organizing mode and running mechanism of garlic integration. Based upon the theory of public management and public service , it analyzes the function of the County government in the management of garlic integration from such aspects as perfecting market running mechanism, creating good policy and society environment, drawing logical policy, taking effective measure etc.Conclusion of research: the garlic industry of Jinxiang County has become a pattern of integration, its organizing mode and the running mechanism have intially come into being and are developing further. It prospers with the development of market economy, it is the result of conforming the rule of market economy. The County government fully exerts its function of management and harmony in the garlic integration and plays a leading role in accelerating the integration. The garlic integration of Jinxiang County is a characteristic industry which formed from a characteristic kind of vegetable . It is exportable and of high risk. It is capabale of gaining foreign exchange. Garlic integration is the motive force of the development of the County's economy.
