| Poverty is nearly a perpetual challenge to human being, while urban poverty is even the world's outstanding problem. Since reform and opening-up in China, along with the rapid developing economic and progressive society, urban poverty has been such a real and significant social problem that we must face and solve. Although the government carried out a series of measures to deal with it, the present relief policy has obvious character of contingency measure and lacks of systematic design. By visiting 31 poverty families of randomization in Qingshan district, Baotou city, this article will analyze their living condition and find out the shortcoming and limitation in present relief Policy. In addition, basing on the summarization of the experience in foreign and setting out from the prime objective of relief and the state of our country, this article will do some beneficial exploration to our urban poverty social-relief systematic construction. |
